Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Health Advisor you will :

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone email and chat regarding insulin pumps and related accessories.
  • Share indepth knowledge of products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist users with connecting insulin pumps to smartphone applications and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Address customer inquiries with empathy focusing on medically critical situations.
  • Guide customers in managing and optimizing their use of insulin pumps for a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using SAP CRM.
  • Work closely with 2nd Level Support and other teams to resolve escalated issues promptly.
  • Handle complaints process returns and uphold high customer satisfaction in line with company policies.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve their overall experience.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking candidates with a blend of technical expertise and a customerfirst attitude. You are an ideal fit if you have :

  • Nativelevel proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Strong stress management skills to handle sensitive medical scenarios with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. SAP) and proficiency in MS Office tools like Word Excel and Outlook.
  • A friendly empathetic communication style and a knack for building rapport.
  • A proactive teamoriented mindset and a problemsolving approach.

    • Compensation & Benefits

    Training Program

  • Compensation : 92.80 EUR / week for 20 working days 8 hours / day.
  • Comprehensive training delivered in English.

    • Salary & Perks

  • Base salary : 1050 EUR / month inclusive of :

    • Room allowance for shared accommodation.

    • Work Schedule & Location

  • Hours : 40 hours / week Monday to Sunday between 07 : 00 and 22 : 00.
