We operate "The Workation Village" in San Sebastiano da Po and collaborate with a variety of partner locations, so no two days will be the same. What we’re looking for
You're great at organizing and paying attention to all the little details, with the ability to handle lots of tasks and projects at once- You're awesome at communicating in German, English, and Italian, both in writing and speaking, and able to work well with clients and team members- You always put the customer first and strive to give the best service possible- You're a team player who is happy to help out and support colleagues when needed- You're able to roll with the punches and adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment- You're passionate about travel and events and excited to help clients create amazing experiences.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities
Making sure our guests have an amazing time by help coordinating and organizing their travel and event arrangements- Supporting the Travel and Event Manager or other senior team members in bringing our guests’ travel and event visions to life- Keeping track of all the little details to ensure our guests’ travel and event bookings and arrangements go smoothly- Helping to spread the word about our amazing travel and event packages by contributing to the development and implementation of marketing materials- Flexing our creative muscles by supporting the team with general tasks and projects as needed.
