Job Purpose : As a Business Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting Ital Brokers' Strategy & Transformation team by analyzing market trends, supporting the identification of business opportunities, and contributing to the company's strategic initiatives.
Directly under the oversight of the Head of Strategy and Transformation, you will collaborate with different Business Units (BUs) Leaders to enhance business development efforts and improve internal processes.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical and proactive individual eager to develop a career in the insurance and Financial Services sector.
Your contribution will be instrumental in shaping the Broker of Tomorrow .
Key Responsibilities : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support the identification of new opportunities for business growth.
Analyze data to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
Collaborate proactively with Business Units Leaders to drive business development and client analysis.
Prepare autonomously client presentations to enhance business proposals.
Assist in monitoring the sales pipeline and managing the CRM system.
Support the Head of the Strategy & Transformation BU in strategic and commercial initiatives.
Assist in improving internal processes at Ital Brokers.
Key Requirements : 0-1 year of experience , preferably in the Financial Services sector.
Master’s degree in Economics, with top grades .
Curious, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a must and CRM tools is a plus.
