IQVIA is looking for a Junior Business Analytics profile dedicated to data collection, analysis, visualization and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Managing data and business intelligence using Tableau software , which includes maintaining and updating reports, managing data sources, developing new dashboards, and providing support and training to users.
Collaborating closely with Business Units to understand their needs and provide relevant analysis.
Working with the global IT team to leverage global capabilities.
Overseeing and coordinating CRM platform development according to global team guidelines.
Supporting Field Force colleagues with technical assistance and ensuring data accuracy and proper platform usage while identifying areas for improvement.
Becoming the reference point within the commercial organization for all CRM activities, deeply understanding the CRM structure and key features.
Supporting the Field Force with functional and technical requests if needed.
REQUIREMENTS : A minimum of 6 months of experience in the same role is required.
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Tableau tools, SQL, and CRM Salesforce.
Analytical mindset.
A strong aptitude for using various systems is essential.
Problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
