Join to apply for the Material Manager role at ISS INTERNATIONAL SpA Scopo Del Lavoro : Supply chain process management in cooperation with other roles [Warehouse, C&P, Finance], checking of warehouse quantities, stock analysis and relative optimization according to KPI.
Principali Responsabilità Use and mastery of the following Tools : SAP : MM [Material Management] + WM [Warehouse Management], Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams.
Identify any type of materials managed as electrical, instrumental, mechanical (piping, rotating machines, etc.), inspection, chemical, oils, PPE, Spill kit, IT / Telecom, drilling / completion / well heads.
Identify any category of materials managed as operating spare parts (consumable, supervised), capital spare parts (critical).
Proper interface technical / commercial / accounting / warehouse for management of the stock and requirements.
Creation / modification / check / optimization of MM [material master data].
Consumption analysis for the creation of framework contracts.
Stock analysis and configuration and / or revision of stocks / requirements by means of MRP [Material Requirements Planning].
Management and supervision of purchasing process since the demand to the finalization of the order.
Management of requirements within the KPIs indicated by the company.
Monitoring of the purchasing process through checking of delivery dates and expediting.
Management through claims with the supplier of discrepancies in reception.
ASD [Active, Slow, Dead] analysis.
Monthly / annual reporting with analyses and corrective actions including surplus reduction / sale / disposal.
Rolling out / punctual / annual inventories.
Requisiti Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, in particular in logistics activities / operations and a suitable general knowledge in oil industry logistics.
Good command of the English language.
