NoOffer DescriptionThe project aims to strengthen the competitiveness and profitability of the system of enterprises operating in bivalve mollusc farming in the Adriatic Sea through the introduction of innovative themes of multitrophic mollusc farming (IMTA), in which the production of mussels and oysters will be associated with the simultaneous production of microalgae of commercial value.
A sampling campaign and chemical characterization of available algal biomass will be carried out.
The most promising macroalgal species from the Adriatic coastal area will, therefore, be selected for chemical valorization with a biorefinery approach.#J-18808-Ljbffr
